Eladia Beauchamp is incorrectly listed as the maternal grandmother on the birth record of Olga Maria Pagan Beauchamp.

The following clairification for this was submitted on May 9, 2012 by Mayrah Cuebas Pagan : My greatgrandmother Carmen Martinez was the wife of Armando Beauchamp. Carmen Martinez died during childbirth. My grandmother Bienvenida Beauchamp Martinez and her brothers then were raised by "Yaya" who was a slave and took the name of her master becoming Eladia Beauchamp. My grandmother Bienvenida raised my mother (Doris Pagan Beauchamp) and her sisters Olga, Carmen, Irma and Miriam having "Yaya" as a grandmother in their household. Bienvenida died years later in the 1960's, my grandfather Emiliano died 4 years later.
